  Admission form.

  Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school.

  Photocopy of Family ID

  Photocopy of Student, Father and Mother Aadhaar Card.

  Photocopy of Student's Birth Certificate.

  Photocopy of Student's Bank Account Passbook.

  Photocopy of Student's Caste Certificate

  Photocopy of Family Income Certificate.

  Two Recent Passport size Colored Photograph of student.

  Photocopy of Metric Marksheet (for admission in Class XI or XII).
